There are several essential components to being a successful trainer:

Is he walking the walk in a personal context?

i.e. first and foremost is he challenging himself, as a man should, to be better every day, every week and every month across a multitude of areas in his life… not just his ‘game’ (for want of a better phrase) but his finances, his fitness, his fashion, his ability to speak different languages, his passions outside of banging girls; is he constantly reassessing his goals & refining his mission; is he living life on his terms and constantly looking improve his own reality. When it comes to his dating life, (notice how far down the list this part comes…) is he constantly interacting with the fairer sex in all manner of situations, environments & countries; is he constantly learning and looking to improve his social and seduction skills; is he dating on his own terms, whatever those terms may be…

Secondly, is he genuinely passionate about passing on his knowledge and experience to those he works with; is he emotionally intelligent enough to be able to adapt to teaching different personality types and engage with different learning styles; is he able to coax the best out of people regardless of who they are, what stage they are at or where they come from; is he able to listen to the client and deliver exactly what the client wants; is he able to differentiate this from what the client actually needs; is he willing to take onboard feedback to constantly improve himself…
