For maximum progression in the minimum possible time we will go out for an initial 2-3 hour session. We will then sit down afterwards and analyse, plan and I will give you approaching homework to do. We will then schedule a 2-3 hour session a week or so later, debrief once again and formulate a plan moving forwards.
